Doha, Qatar: The Judicial Services Center of the Supreme Judiciary Council began operating in Al Khor on Monday, as a part of the Council's plan to expand judicial services and facilitate access to services for the public.
The center provides all types of family documentation and estate services, in addition to court services, including the of opening of lawsuits and related judicial requests, as well as following up on requests and inquiries.
It also offers services related to the implementation of Execution Court rulings.
The center aims to meet the needs and requirements of individuals and litigants from Al Khor, neighboring areas, and all northern regions.
As part of its efforts towards the digital transformation of all services and the expansion of remote litigation, the Council is implementing a synchronized plan that aligns with the diverse needs of litigants and individuals.
This plan includes establishing branch headquarters for the courts.
Additionally, the council provides technical and logistical support to users of the electronic portal and is working on preparing the remote transmission of sessions for litigants.
The Council previously announced that it would gradually move its services provided at the Government Services Complex in Al Daayen to the Al Khor building, thus providing and offering an integrated service to individuals and litigants according to the nature of the services associated with the specialized judicial and administrative staff.
