Saudi Stock Exchange index closes lower

Riyadh: The Saudi Stock Exchange main index closed Monday, down by 32.84 points, ending its trading at 12377.03 points, with trades worth SR 6 billion.

The volume of traded shares reached 271 million shares, with the shares of 65 companies recording an increase in their value, while the shares of 170 companies closed down.

The parallel Saudi Stock Exchange Index (Nomu) also closed down by 48.69 points, reaching 31,056.38 points, with trades worth SR 43 million, while the total number of shares traded was four million.
