Doha: The Ministry of Labour has issued new schedule to receive public at its specialised departments, namely the departments of employment, inspection and labour relations. In this context, the Ministry has allocated Sundays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays of every week to receive the public at its headquarters from 8 am to 12 pm.
The Ministry also receives the public throughout the week, from Sunday to Thursday, from 8am to 12pm, at the public service center on the first floor at its main headquarters and the service centers in Al Wakra, Al Khor, Al Shahaniya and the Industrial Area.
The public can inquire about the required procedures and submit transactions through various electronic platforms, such as the unified platform for complaints and reports. This step comes within the framework of the Ministry’s keenness to facilitate the reception of the public, enhance services and provide them with assistance.
