Doha: Vice-Chairperson and CEO of Qatar Foundation H E Sheikha Hind bint Hamad Al Thani has met with UK’s Secretary of State for Education, H E Nadhim Zahawi at Education City.
The meeting saw H E Sheikha Hind and Zahawi discuss topics of mutual interest and focus, including progressive education and personalised learning, as well as enhancing educational ties between Qatar and the UK.
During his visit to Qatar Foundation (QF), Zahawi was also given an overview of the organisation’s ecosystem of education, science, and community development, and its initiatives, programmes in these areas, from the eighth floor viewing balcony of the 2015 Building (QF headquarters).
