The lowest temperature in the country during this period will likely range between 10-17 degrees Celsius while the maximum will range between 18-24 degrees Celsius.
On its latest weather update, Qatar Meteorology Department (QMD) stated that temperature can touch below 10 degrees in the southern and external areas of the country and may be less than that on the external regions as it is set to drop even further next week.
QMD also forecasted that fresh to strong northwesterly wind will have a wind speed ranging between 10-20 KT gusting to 30 KT at places at times.
Due to this weather condition, blowing dust and a decrease in horizontal visibility to less than 2 kilometres, especially in open areas, are expected.
Sea waves will also rise to 10 ft at times.
QMD called on all citizens and residents to take precaution and avoid marine activities during the warning period.
