Hamad Medical Corporation (HMC) has encouraged people to avail the Medical Reports Online Service, which is currently operational for all healthcare facilities run across the Corporation.
Medical Reports Online Service is an easy to use online service for patients requesting copies of their medical report and a hard copy of the medical report will be delivered to the applicant at their doorstep through Qatar Post, said Executive Director of Media Relations at HMC, Nayef Al Shammari.
“Patients, who wish to request a medical report for themselves, or on behalf of another person, can submit applications through the HMC website. But make sure your mobile number is registered under your Hamad Health Card – this is needed to get your OTP pin number for application verification,” said Al Shammari speaking to media.
The applicant must be 18 years old or older and will need to provide proper authorisation for request and release of information. And a medical report can be requested by parents for their child or grandchild, adult children for their parents or grandparents, siblings, spouse and guardians can also apply with the relevant paperwork.
The patient or their representative must provide some documents and information including Qatar ID, health card number, mobile number and email address and for payment will need to use a credit card when submitting the request online.

Medical reports can be applied by submitting applications through HMC website www.hamad.qa, in either Arabic or English language where the applicant selects “Medical Report Page” and enters the required information.
Fee payment can also be made through a safe portal via Qatar National Bank.
Once the report application is processed, the applicant will have the option of having a hard copy of the medical report delivered at their doorstep for a minimal fee paid to Qatar Post, or alternatively, request the report delivered by email.
“A medical report takes up to 14 days to process. Copy of a laboratory/diagnostic report takes approximately three working days,” said Al Shammari.
“Also you can collect the Medical Report from the office in the Women’s Wellness and Research Center, 2nd Floor, from 7am to 3pm, Sunday to Thursday.
You can also ask for a home delivery when you submit your request for a medical report,” he added.
Individuals seeking report can get for more information by emailing to [email protected] ; calling on 40251563/ 40251564 / 40251566 from 7am to 3pm, Sunday to Thursday; or by contacting the Nesma’ak customer service helpdesk at 16060 for guidance.
Responding to public demand for more convenient ways to obtain personal medical in-formation, HMC launched Medical Reports Online Service in November 2020.
Previously, obtaining medical reports required a patient, or their representative, to visit one of HMC’s hospitals to first submit the request, and then wait to pay the fee at a cashier’s desk, and then followed by another visit to collect the documents.
