We’ve entered the last week of Ramadan, which means all the Ramadan related events will come to an end to make way for the Eid festivities next week. This is your last chance to visit the places listed below hosting activities and events for Ramadan.

Chand Raat (Pre Eid) Bazaar

A grand shopping bazaar is being organised at Wakra that will include ladies and gents fashionwear, jewelry, toys etc. Games and facepainting are few of the many activities held for the children. There will be a variety of foodstalls varying in different cuisines like Pakistani, Indian, Filipino and Arabic food. As the events starts before iftar time and ends before suhoor, visitors of the bazaar can have their iftari and suhoor from the various foodstalls present.

Ramadan Festivities at Doha Festival City

Doha Festival City will be hosting many activities related to the Holy month of Ramadan, for visitors of the mall, the event will include Islamic storytelling for kids at the Diamond Node, Children can also take part in the many crafts worksops like painting, money clay pots, islamic crafts etc across at the mall.

Ramadan Market at DECC

DECC will be hosting a grand Ramadan Market for the Holy Month of Ramadan. With more than 200 stall from over 25 countries with 15 plus food and beverage options and a fun zone for children, this is a must visit Ramadan Market.

Ramadan events at Mirqab Mall

Every weekend Mirqab Mall has activities and events such as prayer mat design, traditional storytelling, falconry and many more for visitors.

Apart from this every evening the mall offers free coffee and dates for iftar and henna art.

The Holy Kaaba Exhibition

Qatar National Library is organising the “Holy Kaaba Exhibition” which is a visual representation of the history of the cube-structured building at the centre of Islam’s most sacred mosque in the city of Makkah - and the most sacred site of Islam.

The exhibit includes more than 50 carefully curated items including photos, works of art, books and manuscripts, offering deeper insights into the history of the Holy Kaaba. Visitors can learn about the stages of its construction and its architectural features and adornment.

This is an open event
