Doha: The journey of exciting new culinary experiences continues at Mandarin Oriental, Doha’s signature restaurant Mosaic. Re-instating new specialties and dishes for its Lobster Nights every Wednesday evening to bring families and friends together starting from 6 pm.
A set menu is available for the full journey priced at QR390 per person, and complimentary dining is offered for children up to 12 years old when dining with their parents. The nine live cooking stations will each present specialties for the Lobster menu, with lobster highlighted in each dish.
With a lively and bustling ambiance, Mosaic is located at the top of the hotel offering guests privileged views of trendy Msheireb Downtown Doha. The exciting culinary journey takes guests on a voyage of discovery through nine live cooking stations preparing specialties inspired by ingredients from the famed Silk Route. Infusing traditional dishes and cooking techniques with a creative twist, using various locally sourced and responsibly farmed and grown produce.
The highlights include Lobster Tempura and Avocado Roll from the Japanese sushi and sashimi station, Singaporean Style Wok Fried Lobster Noodles from the Asian Wok, Sri Lankan Lobster Curry from the Indian
Subcontinent and Lobster and Tomato Pide from the traditional Turkish bread oven.
