Doha: Within a week of its introduction, the ministry helpline received over 5,000 calls regarding quarantine violations.
During March 20-27, the Ministry of Interior received 5,598 calls regarding violations of quarantine, tweeted the ministry.
Ministry of Interior had introduced 44579999 number to report complaints regarding quarantine in hotels and homes; and to register cases of noncompliance with health and safety guidelines to prevent the spread of coronavirus.
