Ideal Solutions held a special Year End Celebration event at St. Regis, Doha on 23 December, last Thursday, to mark their achievements throughout the year 2021, crowned by the successful support of QNB in FIFA Arab Cup 2021.
The highlight of the event was the achieving employee’s recognition and awarding. Special awarding was given to FIFA Arab Cup 2021 – Top Customer Service Officers. Ideal Solutions recognized the teams and the individuals during the Year End Celebration and a Tribute Dinner for success and appreciation, for dedication and commitment. The elegant evening featured esteemed speakers from QNB, Qatar University, Mazars Qatar, Qatar Computing Research Institute (QCRI) and it was attended by more than 120 glittering employees.
Eng. Mahmoud Ahmad Amer, Chief Executive Officer & Founder of Ideal Solutions kicked off the evening with recapitulation of Ideal Solutions achievement and success stories including the overview of the activities for the year. He commented “The year was concluded with our award from QNB to contribute in supporting QNB POS population across all the 6 stadiums hosting Qatar FIFA Arab Cup 2021. I am proud that we received many appreciations and positive impressions of satisfaction on our good support from QNB and from VISA.”
Adding on the recent FAC2021, guest speaker Mr. Ashwin Ramjas, Head of Merchant & E Acquiring (QNB Group Retail Banking) said “As far as FAC2021 event, across 6 stadiums and 32 games, Ideal Solutions has delivered in all aspect in terms of flexibility, quality and agility to respond to changing needs and circumstances, I appreciate the complexity that Ideal Solutions has to deliver.”
During dinner the posters and screens displayed Ideal Solutions forward-looking key message “Deliver On Time with Quality” encourages to look ahead to many opportunities that will be opened that will promote continuous business within the community and now looks ahead to the thrilling prospect of the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022.
A raffle drawing, musical entertainment and best-dressed awards completed the evening festivities.
