Beirut: Lebanese army intelligence has arrested a foreign terrorist while trying to leave Lebanon with a fake passport, the army said Friday in a statement carried by state news agency NNA.
Ali Ahmad Lakis, known as Abu Aesha, has participated in many terrorist acts, the statement said, adding that interrogation by the army showed that he executed a Lebanese solider who had been kidnapped after Arsal battle in 2014.
