Doha: The Admission Department at Qatar University (QU) announced the opening of admission application for graduate programmes for the spring 2023 semester from August 28 till September 29 through its official website.
Admission decisions will be announced on December 27.
Admission into Qatar University depends on the principle of competition between applicants who have met the minimum requirements for admission.
Students are accepted according to the capacity of each individual programme and the related admission requirement.
Applicants may apply for graduate studies in one of 29 offered programmes for the spring 2023 semester including all the PhD and Masters programmes for the college of engineering, the PhD programme in health science in the QU Health, the PhD programme in Fiqh and Usul Al Fiqh in the College of Sharia and Islamic Studies. And all PhD, Masters and certificate programmes in the College of Arts and Sciences except the PhD and Master in Gulf Studies programmes and Master in Arabic Literature and Language programme.
Students can track their admission application status by visiting the online admission application page, using the student’s user name (ID) and password (PIN).
Applicants are advised to read all the requirements needed for each programme on the university’s website at http://www.qu.edu.qa/students/admission/graduate where they are required to fill an online application and attach all official documents before the deadline.
The starting of classes for the Spring 2023 semester will be on January 29, 2023.
