Doha, Qatar: In a weather update, the Qatar Meteorology Department said that the country will be affected by fresh to strong northwesterly winds inshore and offshore from tomorrow, November 28, 2023.

It added that this will continue until the end of the week, leading to a drop in temperatures with an increased feeling of coldness, especially in southern and external regions.

There is marine warning in place during this period, as wave heights range between 5-9 feet and sometimes reach 12 feet.

It warned against marine activities during this period and urged its social media followers to follow the weather updates through official sources only.
