Umm Salal will be looking for sweet revenge  against strong Al Sadd when they confront each other in the Qatar Stars League (QSL) this Thursday at the Suheim Bin Hamad Stadium.
After suffering a horrible 8-0 defeat against the joint League leaders Al Sadd in the 11th round at the Jassim Bin Hamad Stadium, the Orange Fortress will be looking to put in all efforts to disappoint coach Hussain Ammouta's boys.
However,  confronting the strong Al Sadd outfit will not be an easy task for them.
Both sides will be looking for full points to further strengthen their positions in the QSL standings. Umm Salal seeks to improve from their current position, while Al Sadd has all eyes on the QSL title.
Both teams are coming into this game with victories in last week's games.
Umm Salal defeated Muaither and are currently at the sixth position with 29 points. On the other hand, Al Sadd are now on top of the QSL standings, level on points but and ahead on goal difference above Lekhwiya.
The Wolves defeated Al Khor in the last round by four goals to reach 53 points.
There will surely be a fierce opposition between players of both teams. Both sides have a number of star players in all positions.
Al Sadd are looking to bring in Algerian professional Jogurtha Hamroun who missed the previous match against Al Khor due to fitness issues.
In the meantime, Al Sadd will miss the services  of their star defender Pedro Miguel due to automatic suspension, having conceded four yellow cards.
