Visitors can purchase their favourite items from the opening of the event until the closing date of October 3.
Ethan Allen in cooperation with the auction house AlBahie, has announced that ‘the Art and Design Open House’, will remain open to the public until October 3. The event is taking place in a distinctive atmosphere within the Ethan Allen Interior Design Center located in Medina Central - The Pearl-Qatar.
The opening reception was held in the presence of Ashraf Abu Issa, Chairman of Abu Issa Holding Group, Fawaz Idrissi, CEO of Abu Issa Holding Group, Carmen Saab, Regional Director of Ethan Allen, Jennifer Bishop, Managing Director of AlBahie Auction House, in addition to a number of businessmen and local media representatives.
The selling exhibition includes four rooms with Ethan Allen’s custom furniture designs, plus Orientalist paintings, contemporary photographs, Bohemian glassware and handwoven carpets from AlBahie.
Visitors will be inspired by the signature rooms and can further customise the furnishings with Ethan Allen Interior Designers, and compliment their design with signature artworks from AlBahie’s collections of carpets, paintings, and decorative objects to create a bespoke interior all their own.

Therefore, AlBahie was keen to bring rare carpet designs that illustrate the story of carpet weaving through pieces displayed from different regions, such as Iranian carpets and Kashmiri tribal carpets.”
