Geneva: Minister of State for International Cooperation, HE Maryam bint Ali bin Nasser Al Misnad met today with the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Maldives HE Dr. Abdulla Khalil, on the sidelines of the 58th session of the Human Rights Council, currently underway in Geneva.
Discussions during the meeting dealt with cooperation relations between the two countries and ways to support and enhance them, in addition to a number of topics of common interest.
During the meeting, HE the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Maldives expressed his country's thanks to the State of Qatar for its efforts in reaching a ceasefire in the Gaza Strip, and stressed its important role in the field of international investment.
