Doha: The Amir H H Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani met on Monday morning at Sheikh Abdullah Bin Jassim Majlis at the Amiri Diwan with HE Secretary-General of the Gas Exporting Countries Forum Mohamed Hamel.
At the beginning of the meeting, the Amir congratulated the Secretary-General Hamel on his election as Secretary-General of the Gas Exporting Countries Forum, wishing him success in his duties.
For his part, the Secretary General expressed thanks and appreciation to HH the Amir for the support provided by the State of Qatar to the Doha-based forum.
During the meeting, they reviewed cooperation relations and ways of enhancing them, in addition to issues of common interest.
