Doha: Ambassador of the Republic of Slovenia (non-resident) to the State of Qatar H E Mateja Prevolsek highlighted the importance of the official visit of President of the Republic of Slovenia H E Borut Pahor to Qatar in strengthening and expanding the bilateral cooperation relations to broader horizons.
In a statement to QNA, the Ambassador said that the bilateral relations between the State of Qatar and the Republic of Slovenia are excellent, and the visit of HE President Pahor to Doha will contribute to further developing these relations especially in the economic field.
She noted that the President will be accompanied during the visit by a high-ranking delegation includes the Minister for Infrastructure, the Minister of Environment and Spatial Planning, the Deputy Director of ITF, and the State Secretary/Deputy Minister at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Important talks and discussions will be held during the visit aiming at developing and promoting prospects of the bilateral cooperation, especially in the field of enhancing human security.
