Doha, Qatar: Minister of State for International Cooperation H E Maryam bint Ali bin Nasser Al Misnad held a virtual meeting yesterday with Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Guinea-Bissau H E Fatima Djau.
The meeting reviewed cooperation and relations between the two countries and ways to support them, in addition to a number of topics of common interest.
During the meeting, Al Misnad expressed Qatar’s sincere condolences to the government and people of the Republic of Guinea-Bissau for the losses caused by the fire that broke out in the central market in the Gabu region, noting that Qatar has allocated financial assistance to the victims of the fire, especially those displaced from their homes.
