Doha: Amir H H Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani met with a number of Their Excellencies, Heads of State, and heads of delegations of brotherly and friendly countries participating in the 6th Gas Exporting Countries Forum at the Doha Sheraton Hotel yesterday.
His Highness met with President of the sisterly People’s Democratic Republic of Algeria H E Abdelmadjid Tebboune, President of the Islamic Republic of Iran H E Ebrahim Raisi, President of the Republic of Mozambique H E Filipe Nyusi, President of the Republic of Equatorial Guinea H E Teodoro Obiang Nguema Mbasogo, Head of the Government of National Unity of the sisterly State of Libya H E Abdul Hamid Mohammed Al Dbeiba, and Prime Minister of the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago H E Dr. Keith Rowley.
The reception was attended by a number of Their Excellencies the Ministers.
Separately H H the Amir met with President of the Republic of Mozambique H E Filipe Nyusi, President of the Republic of Equatorial Guinea H E Teodoro Obiang Nguema Mbasogo, Head of the Government of National Unity of the sisterly State of Libya H E Abdul Hamid Mohammed Al Dbeiba on the sidelines of the 6th Summit of the Gas Exporting Countries Forum (GECF).
During the meeting, they reviewed bilateral relations between the two countries and means of developing and strengthening them in various fields, in addition to the most prominent topics on the summit agenda, especially the future of energy and natural gas. The meeting was attended by a number of Their Excellencies the Ministers.
