Doha: Prime Minister and Minister of Interior H E Sheikh Khalid bin Khalifa bin Abdulaziz Al Thani met yesterday at the Amiri Diwan with Governor General of Canada H E Mary Simon.
During the meeting, they reviewed relations of cooperation between the two friendly countries, and ways to enhance and develop them in various fields, especially the fields of education and environment.
The meeting was attended by a number of Their Excellencies the Ministers, and the accompanying delegation on the Canadian side.
Prime Minister and Minister of Interior Sheikh Khalid bin Khalifa bin Abdulaziz Al Thani hosted yesterday a luncheon banquet in honour of Governor General of Canada Mary Simon, and the accompanying delegation at the Amiri Diwan.
The banquet was attended by a number of Their Excellencies the Ministers.
