President of Algeria H E Abdelmadjid Tebboune; Vice-Chairperson and CEO of Qatar Foundation H E Sheikha Hind bint Hamad Al Thani; and others attend a briefing at Qatar Foundation headquarters yesterday.
Doha: President of Algeria H E Abdelmadjid Tebboune visited the headquarters of the Qatar Foundation for Education, Science and Community Development (QF) yesterday, as part of his visit to the country.
Upon his arrival at the Foundation, the Algerian President was welcomed by Vice-Chairperson and CEO of Qatar Foundation H E Sheikha Hind bint Hamad Al Thani.
During the visit, the Algerian President and his accompanying delegation listened to an explanation about QF’s objectives, activities and components, as well as the role it plays in the fields of education, scientific research and community development. He also watched a video presentation highlighting figures and statistics on the Foundation’s achievements in a number of areas related to its activities.
President Abdelmadjid Tebboune was also introduced to the unique educational, research and development system that characterises Qatar Foundation.
