Doha: The joint committee formed by Legal and Legislative Affairs, and Financial and Economic Affairs Committees of the Shura Council, held a meeting yesterday in the presence of Deputy Speaker of the Shura Council H E Dr. Hamda bint Hassan Al Sulaiti.
During the meeting, chaired by Chairman of the Joint Committee H E Abdul Rahman bin Yousuf Al Khulaifi, the committee continued discussing the two draft laws of Social Security and Military Retirement, as it studied the rest of the articles of the two projects. The committee confirmed that it would continue to study the two projects by holding intensive and continuous meetings, with a plan to completing them as soon as possible.
