Slag Aggregates Producer (SAP), a 100 percent Qatari owned company recently celebrated Qatar National Sport Day. Sheikh Khalid bin Hamad bin Jassim Thani Al Thani, Managing Director, was the Chief Guest, and gave away awards to long-serving employees as well as to those who won prizes at various sport events organised for the employees and their families.
Sheikh Khalid bin Hamad bin Jassim Thani Al Thani also congratulated SAP employees for organising the sports event in line with the Qatar National Sport Day.
Nasser Mesfer Al Qahtani, Chairman of NESCO, was the Guest of Honour and felicitated SAP for honouring the employees for their talents and achievements and for recognising the recreational needs of the employees.
Earlier the celebrations started with a Medical Camp, where over 150 employees were screened for their vital health statistics. General Manager T D Baby lauded the efforts of all the employees and implored them to continue their excellence in the future too. Operations Manager Khader Manasrah proposed a vote of thanks.
The Head of Marketing, A K Das reiterated that the strength of the company and the main assets were the hard working employees without whose efforts, success at SAP would not have been achieved. The event concluded with a Cultural program by the staff and a sumptuous lunch.
