Doha: Prime Minister and Minister of Interior H E Sheikh Khalid bin Khalifa bin Abdulaziz Al Thani blessed Amir H H Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani and all citizens and residents on the occasion of Qatar National Day.
In a tweet written in arabic (roughly translated) he wrote: "I congratulate His Highness the Amir and all citizens and residents on the occasion of the National Day, asking God to perpetuate the blessings of security and prosperity on our dear country."
His Excellency added: "I also pay tribute on this occasion to our medical teams who responded with courage and dedication to the Covid-19 pandemic, and in appreciation of their efforts, we are happy with their qualitative participation in this year's National Day march."
