Doha: Post Malone, Maroon 5, and Robbie Williams are set to perform in the country in December as part of Qatar Live's World Stage.
This was announced in a 'Qatar is Live' press conference held today in Doha, attended by Qatar Airways Group Chief Executive, H E Akbar Al Baker; Chief Executive Officer of FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022 LLC, Nasser Al Khater; and Chief Operating Officer of Hamad International Airport, Engr. Badr Mohammed Al Meer.
Scheduled to perform at Doha Golf Club in December, American song writer Post Malone will be live on December 5, while English popstar Robbie William will be on December 8, and Maroon 5 on December 13.
Post Malone is a world renowned rapper and singer who has sold 95 million singles and 13 million albums in the US alone, and promises to captivate the Qatar audience with an electrifying performance.
Robbie Williams, with his latest album XXV, now boasts 14 No. 1s, which is considered a record for a solo artist. Meanwhile Maroon 5 is a world-renowned American pop rock band known for its songs "Sugar", "Sunday Morning", "Moves Like Jagger", and more.
These artists are a part of Qatar Live's World Stage line-up that held Jason Derulo's show recently. The next in line are Enrique Iglesias scheduled to perform on October 21, and Black Eyed Peas on November 20.
Qatar Live will include events featuring over 60 top international DJs, more than 20 mega events, three family entertainment shows, and six A-List super stars. Qatar Live is also expected to garner over 300,000 attendees.
Qatar Live is also hosting three Family Entertainment Shows to be held at Lusail Multipurpose Hall.
The Daydream Festival is also a part of Qatar Live which will be held at the Doha Golf Club with eight music festivals headlining the biggest Dj line-ups in the region. Some of the Top DJs include Alok, Timmy Trumpet, Major Lazer, Alesso, Tiesto, DVLM, Afrojack, and more.
