Doha: The latest radar image from Qatar Meteorology Department (QMD) showed the beginning of scattered rain in the central part of the country.
Earlier today, QMD had said that partly cloudy to cloudy weather with a chance of scattered rain at places is expected today and wind will be mainly Northwesterly-Northeasterly, light to moderate in speed gusting to 20 KT at places.

“The latest radar images show the beginning of observation of scattered rain in the center of the country, which may turn thundery at times,” QMD tweeted.
Some social media users uploaded videos showing rain from Rawdat Rashed in Al Shahaniya.
