Doha: Various central and western parts of Qatar including Umm Salal received scattered light rain today morning.
The Qatar Meteorology tweeted this adding that the weather will be partly cloudy today with blowing dust at times. It also warned of expecting strong wind in certain parts of the country.
Offshore will be partly cloudy with a chance of scattered rain at first becomes fine later, the report added, warning of expected strong wind and high sea.
Wind inshore will be northwesterly 10 to 20 knot gusting to 27 knot at places at times.
Offshore, it will be northwesterly 10 to 18 knot increasing to 18 to 25 knot gusting 30 knot at times.
Visibility will be 4 to 8/3 kilometers or less at places at times.
Sea state inshore will be 2 to 4 feet, rises to 5 feet at times. Offshore it will be 3 to 5 feet, rises to 5 to 8/10 feet at times.
