DOHA: Strong northwesterly winds continue in the country as gusts exceed 30 KT in some areas accompanied by low horizontal visibility reaching less than 3 kilometres, according to the latest weather update by Qatar Meteorology Department (QMD).
The marine warning continues until tomorrow, announced QMD on its social media handles. The general public is reminded to take precautions and avoid all marine activities during this period.
Also, Qatar is expected to have colder days from tomorrow until the weekend, with temperatures forecasted to reach as low as 12-16 degrees Celsius at night while during the day it could range between 18-21 degrees Celsius.
