DOHA: The Award-winning restaurant Hunters Room & Grill at The Westin Doha  Hotel and Spa has recently announced its new Patio lunch menu. The options have been  carefully designed to offer foodies an exciting experience throughout a selection of salads and burgers prepared with the freshest and finest ingredients.

The menu includes a variety of  salads such as the “Boston Bibb Steakhouse Salad” which consists of crispy veal bacon, poached egg, blue cheese dressing and cherry tomatoes. A selection of hand-crafted, artisan burgers are prepared with fresh brioche buns, homemade dips and feature prime quality of 100% Halal chicken and premium USDA beef patty.

The most popular burgers are “The Aviary” a grilled chicken breast burger packed with fresh avocado and pepper jack cheese and “The Hades” an appetizing 10oz USDA home-made beef patty topped with chipotle aioli, tabasco pickled onions, butter pickles and melted cheese.

In addition, a selection of creative and appetising desserts have been added to the menu like the “Oreo and chocolate mousse cake” and the “New York Style Cheesecake”.

From his side, Rui Eduardo, Director of  Food & Beverage of  The Westin Doha Hotel & Spa, commented on the launch: “We are pleased to start serving lunch at Hunters and introduce a new mouth-watering menu that adds a twist to the classic burger offering.” 

He added: “Due to our distinctive location, we have a  variety of guests dining with us, many of them corporate guests working in the nearby area along with individuals that appreciate innovative concepts.”

Chef Bradley Mathias, Hunters Room & Grill restaurant chef, joined The Westin during its opening in 2016 and brings with him a wealth of experience from some of the top VIP restaurants in his hometown, Cape Town and from a number of chefs that have crossed his path.
