DOHA: Indian expats in Qatar can send gift back home at a discounted rate, says Qatar Post.
A recent Facebook post by the Qatari postal department said the discount is up to to 66%.
The parcels will be delivered within 4-5 days on average and the weight limit is up to 30kg.
The offer will end on November 30.
The price calculator on qatarpost.qa/home shows prices starts from QR90 (for 1kg) to QR525 (for 30kg).
Other rates we checked on the website: QR150 (5 kg), QR225 (10 kg), QR300 (15kg), QR375 (20kg) and QR450 (25kg).
