Jaidah Heavy Equipment – a subsidiary of the Jaidah Group – organised a ‘Sales and Service’ seminar in Doha, in conjunction with one of its trading partners – Palfinger.
Jaidah Heavy Equipment’s training facility at the Industrial Area was the venue for the seminar, which took place from October 7 to October 10. The event was hosted by Palfinger.
Over three-and-a-half days, a number of industry-related topics were discussed.
These included discussion of heavy plant products such as cranes, skip loaders, aerial platforms and accessories, as well as Sales and Service Training, Service Management, Warranty Handling, ExtranetApplications, Spare Parts Centres, ProductTechnology, and other important Sales- and Service-related subjects.
