Doha: The Shura Council held yesterday its regular weekly meeting, under the chairpersonship of Speaker of the Council H E Hassan bin Abdullah Al Ghanim.
The Council reviewed a report presented by Member of the Shura Council H E Mohammed bin Mahdi Al Ahbabi, pertaining to his visit to Ukraine during the period of February 6-8 within the delegation of the Inter-Parliamentary Union, as Chairperson of the Permanent Committee on Peace and International Security of the Union.
The Council also reviewed a report on participation in Arab Parliament.
