DOHA: Techno Blue the authorized distributor of Samsung has opened its 12th retail showroom in Tawar mall, in Gharafa Area. The state-of-art showroom features the latest in Televisions, Appliances, Mobile Phones, IT products, Small domestic appliances etc.
The outlet is designed to maximize customer experience who can touch and feel the product before making their decisions. In addition to the experienced bi-lingual sales staff, who offer expert pre-sales consulting, the products sold in the outlet are complimented by relevant after sales service directly by Techno Blue.
Commenting on the strategy of Techno Blue, wholly owned subsidiary of HBK holdings, its Chairman Sheikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Thani said, “ in a crowded market place where electronics business has become a commodity, Techno Blue stores strive to offer customers with products and services which are unmatched by other retailers.
