“Hotel services are a group of non-medical services that will provide standards of psychological comfort for the patient throughout his stay in the hospital. In a way, that improves guests’ impression about hospital services, and includes four main axes, namely reception and guest service, which is entrusted with receiving and following up with patient from the moment he enters until he leaves from the hospital,” said Al Emadi.

Deputy CEO of Al-Ahli Hospital and Director of Projects and MediCare, Jamal Saleh Hammad said that at present expansions and renovations are mainly Obstetrics and Gynaecology Department and it will be soon expanded to the Medical and Surgical Departments.

“Once the whole expansion plan is completed, we will be having three imperil suits, three royal suits, nine VIP suits and all rooms be renovated,” he said.
