Doha: In its latest move to offer more value for Hala customers, Ooredoo has expanded Hala international offers with the launch of Hala Pakistan Pack.
At QR5 a week, the pack offers customers 20 bonus minutes with the lowest rate of 40 dirhams per minute for calls to Pakistan from Qatar.
The bonus minutes for QR5 give subscribers 25 dirhams per minute, saving 20 per minute on International Saver Key rate.
For additional calls, customers will be charged a discounted rate of 40 dirhams per minute.
Customers wishing to subscribe to the service can activate it by sending SMS ‘PAK’ (English] and ‘???’ [Arabic) to 121.
Subscriptions will automatically renew every week, so that customers can continue to enjoy benefits of the pack.
To cancel it, they can SMS ‘STOP PAK’ to 121. The bonus minutes will be valid for seven days.
The pack, available from August 11 for one month, aims to help an estimated 90,000 Pakistani expatriates in Qatar to stay connected with friends and family back home.
Customers can also enjoy similar international saving options with keys for Egypt, India, Bangladesh, and the Philippines, along with International Saver Key for 121 countries.
Ooredoo offers international calling saving options on Qatar’s network for customers wanting to adapt Hala or Shahry services to better suit their monthly needs.
