Mr. Max, a luxury, boutique pet hotel and spa, has recently opened its doors in Doha. The luxury pet hotel and spa offers customers premium pet grooming and boarding services that go beyond the traditional.
“We are elated to celebrate the launch of our first Mr. Max branch here in Doha, and we can’t wait to start providing our customers with premium services that cater to the needs and requirements of all their beloved pets,” stated Rjay, CEO, Mr. Max.
The Pet hotel and Spa, named after its owner’s beloved pet German Shepherd, is located in Al Saad area, and houses different facilities that will be providing all the required services. “We have multiple facilities here that will help us provide our customers and their pets with the best possible services available. We have multiple washing stations, a grooming station, three different boarding spaces, among which is a VIP area, a pool dedicated to all the clients’ pets and for the very first time in Doha, A pet café,” said Rjay.
The pet cafe is an original concept that was designed to provide gourmet culinary services for both the customers and their pets. “The concept behind the café is the first of its kind in Doha, and that is to provide impeccable specialty coffee and food offerings to not only our customers, but to also their pets. Our goal is to have our customers be able to celebrate every joyous moment with their beloved pets, and dining indoors with your pet is a luxury service that has yet to be provided in Qatar.” The customers will also be able to enjoy the cafe services, while they await their pets as they receive their grooming services.
Mr. Max will provide its customers with various services and packages that are customizable in accordance with their needs. They will provide partial and full pet grooming, premium boarding services for both dogs and cats, dog walking and outdoors activities, a mobile grooming van that can visit any location on demand and they will also provide a pick-up and drop-off service as well.
“We aim to please our customers and to facilitate providing them with our services. We also aim to provide their beloved pets with the most enjoyable experience, whether it be grooming, boarding or otherwise. We at Mr. Max are animal lovers, first and foremost, and we will continue to do everything possible to make them feel comfortable and happy,” he added.
The luxury pet hotel and spa will provide its customers with two loyalty and membership packages, silver and gold ones. Once customers apply for a service at Mr. Max, they will be automatically enrolled in the silver package, which will then be upgraded to a gold package, which will provide the members with service discounts and much more.
The daycare and boarding services at Mr. Max will be provided after a few requirements have been met, and that includes providing vaccination and health certificates for the pets involved. Interviews will also be conducted with the customers prior to providing their pets with these services, to better understand the needs of the pets involved and whether they have specific dietary or health requirements to better meet them and attend to them. A veterinarian will be onboard at all times to monitor the health of all pets in boarding, and to interject in cases of medical emergencies if they arise. The luxury pet hotel and spa will also offer pet training services that will help socialize them more, and adapt to their loving homes.
In accordance with Mr. Max’ social responsibility, the luxury pet hotel and spa will engage in TNR (Trap, Neuter, Return) efforts aimed at the community of stray pets, and that will help in curbing the overpopulation issue in Doha. “We are aiming to raise awareness about the overpopulation crisis in stray pets, and we will also take proactive measures in curbing that issue and making these animals’ lives a little bit more comfortable by providing them with food, and healthcare when needed.” stated Rjay “We also aim to increase awareness about how to care for your pets and help build a more humane, pet-loving community and culture, and we will be working closely with colleges and schools in Doha to facilitate our task at hand.”
