Arabian Thoroughbred Camel Race for the Golden Sword of H H the Emir

Deputy Emir H H Sheikh Abdullah bin Hamad Al Thani, on behalf of Emir H H Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, crowned the winners of the annual Arabian Thoroughbred Camel race for the Golden Sword of H H the Emir, which took place at Al Shahaniya Camel Racetrack yesterday. H H Deputy Emir handed the Golden Sword to H E Sheikh Hamad bin Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani and H E Sheikh Jassim bin Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, the sons of H H the Emir after the victory of Al Shahaniya hybrids. H H Deputy Emir also crowned the winners in the rest of final competitions of the race and also attended the final of the annual Arabian Thoroughbred Camel race. The event was also attended by Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai in the United Arab Emirates and a number of the State’s guests.
