The Public Works Authority (Ashghal) has announced a temporary full road closure at Salata Interchange (Museum interchange) in four directions except the right turn starting from today.
The closure will last for one week. Road users can use alternative roads, it said in a tweet yesterday. According to Ashglal, the closure will facilitate the works for Central Doha and Corniche Beautification Project - Package -2, in coordination with the traffic department.
In another tweet, Ashghal said it will temporarily close the Al Khafji intersection. Traffic will be diverted to the free right turns, today from 2am until 9am to replace traffic signals controller, in coordination with the General Directorate of Traffic.
