Bazmoro Tajikistan National Dance Ensemble 

As part of its cultural diversity festival, Katara will host the Bazmoro Tajikistan National Dance Ensemble on Ferbuary 11 and 12.

Alive Inside 

Doha Film Institute will be screening 'Alive Inside' a feature documentary demonstrating music's ability to combat memory loss and restoring deep sense of self to those suffering from it. Director Michael Rossato-Bennett visits family members who have witnessed the effects of music on their loved ones.

Romeo and Juliet, the Musical 

Over 100 students of Doha College present a modern sci-fi musical of the star crossed love between Romeo and Juliet. From skateboards to roller-skates, this fast-paced performance with high energy is suitable for ages 5 and above.

Paheses of Oil Painting Techniques Workshop

Qatari artist Eman El Hidous will organise an oil painting steps workshop, explaining the stages of drawing on canvas using oil paints and the way to prepare colours to draw a realistic traditional 3D painting. The four-day workshop will in arabic and for age 18 and above.

A peep into Arab art at Mathaf: Arab Museum of Modern Art

This is the last weekend to visit the ongoing exhibition at Mathaf - Focus: Works from Mathaf Collection that features five solo exhibitions by Farid Belkahia (Morocco), Saloua Raouda Choucair (Lebanon), Faraj Daham (Qatar), Inji Efflatoun (Egypt) and Abdelhalim Radwi. The gallery is open from 3pm to 8pm on Friday and 11am to 6pm on other days.

When: On till February 14; 11am to 6pm (Only on Friday its from 3pm to 8pm; closed on Mondays)

Medina Centrale 'Family Fun Fridays 

Pearl Qatar has many interesting family activities planned at the Medina Centrale. There are jugglers, stilt walkers and cartoon characters to entertain your little ones along with activities like kids painting and face painting also arranged for them to participate.

Vanita Pratibha Sambhrama 2016 

Karnataka Sangha Qatar affiliated to ICC will be organising Vanita Pratibha Sambhrama 2016. Rangoli, Best out of Waste, Cooking without fire, and Antakshari competition will be held. There will also be a Indian traditional wear fashion show in the evening.
