Doha: Shanghai Club, the authentic Cantonese Restaurant at JW Marriott Marquis City Center, launched the ultimate Sunset Brunch.
With an elevation of 162.3 metres above the ground, on the 43rd level, guests will enjoy spectacular view of the city’s beautiful landscape, a wide and tasty variety of authentic Asian cuisine and live performance of the tea sommelier.
The new brunch will feature a wide selection of offerings; from chef’s favourites served as soon as a guest arrives to live carving Shanghai BBQ station serving roasted duck, roasted chicken, hainanese style poach chicken and peking duck rolls with different sauces and condiments and a Kim’s Bao station with salad condiments, in addition to popular and favourite dishes available a la carte including Dim Sum and Noodles to name a few. The food is complemented with unlimited flow of select beverages and a spectacular performance by the tea sommelier.
Guests are invited to enjoy the spectacular 360 view of Doha at the Sunset Brunch every Friday from 15:00 to 18:30 with unlimited food and beverage for QR360.
Shanghai Club has recently welcomed a new Executive Chef ‘Ooi Kar Kim’, who brings his culinary expertise of 10 years in Chinese and Asian cuisines to Doha’s favourite Chinese restaurant. Together with the restaurant’s culinary team, they offer authentic and carefully curated selection of classic and contemporary dishes that are not only fresh and flavorful, but innovative and visually appealing as well.
