New York : Minister of Social Development and Family H E Buthaina bint Ali Al Jabr Al Nuaimi, met separately with Minister of State for Education of the Republic of Rwanda, H E Claudette Irere, and Executive Director of UN Women, H E Dr. Sima Bahous, on the margin of the annual ministerial meeting of the Group of Friends on Gender Parity, organised by the Permanent Delegation of the State of Qatar to the United Nations in partnership with the Permanent Delegation of the Republic of Rwanda.
Discussions during the meetings focused on the State of Qatar’s bilateral cooperation with the Republic of Rwanda and UN Women, and ways to enhance it. The meetings also discussed a host of topics of mutual interest.
