DOHA: The Minister of Commerce of the People’s Democratic Republic of Algeria, Said DJallab, visited the Lulu Hypermarket in Al Messila on Tuesday along with a large delegation including Tayeb Zeitouni, General Director of the Algerian Fairs and Exportation Company; Wahiba Bahloul, General Director of the Algerian Chamber of Commerce and Industry; Nasr Eddine Larabeh, First Secretary of the Algerian Embassy in Qatar and Algerian businessmen.
Many senior officials from Lulu Group including Shanavas, Regional Manager; Muhammed Basheer, General Manager-Hypermarket Operations and David Stuart Bache; Retail Operations Manager were present at the reception of the Algerian Minister and the accompanying delegation. Lulu Group has organised an elegant reception for the Minister and the accompanying delegation at the entrance of the hypermarket. The Minister toured in the entire hypermarket complex and listened to a detailed explanation of the products, especially those imported from Algeria.
On behalf of Mohammad Althaf, Director of Lulu International Group in Qatar, the Regional Manager, Shanavas presented a memento to the Algerian Minister in honour of his visit to Lulu, expressing cooperation between Lulu Group and the Algerian businessmen.
