Doha: Snoonu delivered bouquets of ‘Hope’ to Al-Ahli Hospital’s frontline workers. Hope represents a lot of different things for different people.

However, throughout the past two years, hope has been looked upon as the way out of the ongoing pandemic and the end of its physical, psychological, moral, social and economic effects.

One of the biggest impacts the pandemic has had on people all around the world is the depreciating mental health due to isolation, the amount of lives lost and the inability to find a cure. This has specifically affected the health care workers due to the pressure caused by the increasing number of cases as well as experiencing first hand the losses of life.  Snoonu sent special edition bouquets of “Hope” to the health care cadre at Al-Ahli Hospital to applaud their efforts.

Hamad Alhajri, Snoonu’s Founder and CEO, commented, “This simple gesture goes deep from the hearts of everyone on the Snoonu team to the health care cadre, we appreciate all that you have done for us over the past two years. Thank you for your courage throughout the pandemic.”

Dr. Khalid Al-Fakhri Head of Emergency department and chairperson of COVID-19 committee at Al-Ahli hospital, said: “Thankful wards and feelings of gratitude from the community, media or patients and their families are the greatest gift a healthcare worker could receive. The feeling that you were able to bring hope back to life and alleviate patients pain in an effort to heal them is unmatched.”
