Doha: The Red Bull Dune Rush off-road showdown will land in the golden sands of Qatar. The high-intensity event sees 4x4 drivers push their limits in an adrenaline-fueled, multi-stage competition through the breathtaking dunes of Sealine, Mesaieed.
Amateur racers and seasoned off-roaders alike are invited to battle it out in a test of speed, precision, and raw skill, all in hopes of dominating the dunes, mastering the terrain, and becoming a desert legend.
Set against the stunning backdrop of the Qatar Motor and Motorcycle Federation's (QMMF) Survival Track, Red Bull Dune Rush is a true test of off-road capability. The competition consists of three intense stages: During the first stage, drivers must find the fastest route from Point A to Point B.
In the second stage, drivers will need to carefully maneuver their vehicles over the crest of the dunes while passing through designated gates.
Finally, in stage three, competitors must skillfully navigate their way out by weaving through an 'S'-shaped course of gates from a stationary position. The final stage separates the great from the good, demanding patience, technique, and masterful vehicle handling to secure a place on the podium. The event begins early Friday morning, February 21, with a practice lap at 7:00 am., and by 8:00 am, the race will officially get underway.
