Doha: Mwani Qatar announced the arrival of the cruise ship Artania on its first call to the country.
This is the third ship that has docked in the country as part of the 2022-'23 cruise season which began in the last week of December when Le Bougianville arrived.
"Cruise ship Artania docked in #DohaPort on its first call in the 2022/‘23 #cruise #season with 1011 passengers and crew onboard," stated the port and logistics services provider on its social media account along with several pictures of the cruise.
The vessel Artania is 231m long and 32m wide and is currently sailing under the flag of Bahamas.
Prior to this, MSC World Europa was the second ship to be docked at the Doha Port bringing 5,650 tourists on December 30, 2022.
The upcoming season will continue until April 2023 and will see a total of 58 cruise ships making their calls to Qatar.
