Ambassador of the State of Qatar to the Republic of Turkey H E Sheikh Mohammed bin Nasser Al Thani said that the 7th session of the Supreme Strategic Committee between the State of Qatar and the Republic of Turkey, scheduled for Tuesday, will be held in Doha under the chairmanship of Amir H H Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, and President of Turkey H E Recep Tayyip Erdogan, will strengthen the strategic relations between the two countries and push them to new horizons.
He stressed, in an exclusive statement to Qatar News Agency, that the two countries will take additional steps during the meeting to achieve more rapprochement and harmony and deepen the areas of cooperation between them.
He added that during the meeting, views on regional and international developments will be exchanged, as well as the signing of new agreements that would strengthen relations between the two countries in various fields.
The Ambassador praised the strength of the developing relations and strategic cooperation between the two countries in various sectors, the bonds of friendship and brotherhood that bind the two brotherly peoples, and the convergence of views between the two countries on most regional and international issues.
