Doha: Qatar Expat Women is organising a training session on CPR and other first aid lessons this coming Tuesday on April 9.
The seminar will teach the basics of CPR - Cardiopulmonary resuscitation and first aid training.
To be held at the Elite Medical Centre for two hours from 9:30am, CPR campaigns are organised once every month.
Dr. Nesrin Ghazi El-Khatib of Paediatric Department holds the training sessions.
"I was a nurse back in the UK and there is very little education on these life-saving techniques. We thought of organising these seminars to raise awareness. Dr Nesrin does an amazing job and offers us a lot of support even in our other activities," Carole Astin of QEW said.
