DOHA: Qatar Financial Markets Authority (QFMA) participated in the activities of the National Sport Day (NSD) 2025 which held this year under the slogan 'Never Too Late', as part of its commitment to promoting public health and encouraging sportsmanship and embodying the saying 'a healthy mind in a healthy body.'
QFMA’s participation in the NSD events comes as a confirmation of its support for Qatar National Vision 2030, which considers the human being as its main pillar in a sustainable healthy society, which makes sports one of the important aspects of investment in the human, to build a person capable of participating in the process of renaissance and development in the country.
On this occasion, QFMA organised in cooperation with Doha Municipality, in the 5/6 Parka variety of sports and recreational activities and games for its employees that reflect the national values of this day. Such activities including sports and team and individual games, with the attendance and participation of many of the QFMA’s officials and employees, led by Dr. Tamy Bin Ahmad Al Binali, the QFMA’s CEO.
Ahmad Salem Sultan, Director of Public Relations & Communications at QFMA, praised the participation of the employees in the NSD activities, confirming that QFMA is keen to take part actively in celebrating this occasion every year, based on its belief that the Sports Day contributes to improving physical and psychological health and enhancing productivity at work and raising awareness about the importance of sports.
