Doha: Mandarin Oriental, Doha has announced the launch of the much-anticipated new menu at Mosaic restaurant. To add to this excitement, the hotel is also welcoming guests to IZU restaurant offering an elegant setting for a refined dining experience.

Mosaic restaurant provides guests with an experiential ‘Silk Route’ dining experience based on the culinary flavours from exotic destinations in Asia, Middle East and Europe, while the nine live cooking stations, reminiscent of traditional street markets, showcase talented chefs creating delights designed for sampling and sharing among friends and family.

The menu celebrates distinctive flavours prepared by our chefs in the nine live cooking stations lead by Executive Chef Kim. With favourites like Japanese sushi, sashimi and robatayaki, Arabic mezze and grilled meats, sizzling hot Tandoor oven bread and exotic curries from India, delicate dim sum and wok fried dishes from China and South East Asia, topped off with a selection of tempting desserts and sweets. 

IZU restaurant welcomes guests for refined experiences ideal for a pleasant evening to share dishes in a refined and congenial ambience. Served à la carte, the menu is curated by Chef Izu and combines traditional flavours, fresh ingredients and the essence of French Mediterranean cooking. 

Chef Stavros, the Chef de Cuisine at IZU restaurant presents Chef Izu’s creations, with favourites like the famous Gnocchi alla Sorrentina and signature dishes that include Quinoa Salad with Confit Duck, Seared Langoustine with Gnocchi and Truffled Butter, Whole Roasted Chicken with Foie Gras and Truffle Sauce and a finally delightful Apple Tart Tatin dessert to share amongst family and friends.

Mosaic is open daily for breakfast from 6:30am to 11am, for lunch and dinner from 9am to 11pm. The restaurant is located on the 8th floor of the hotel with indoor and outdoor seating, offering panoramic views of Barahat Msheireb town square, Corniche and West Bay. IZU is open daily from 9am to 11pm. 

The Mezzanine level offers an exclusive view of Barahat Msheireb for an ambient dining experience.
